Donald Laycock, MS, CVT, is director and founder of our monitoring center and an arrythmia lab and has extensive experience in pharmacology trials.

Mr. Laycock has been a cardiovascular technologist for over thirty-three years in adult critical care and invasive cardiology. He has designed, developed and managed cardiology departments (including Cardiac Cath labs) for several major hospitals in the West.

Camelus Ezeugwu, M.D., PhD, our Medical Director, is the director of Just Heart Cardiovascular Group in Baltimore, and practices in many hostpials, including Johns Hopkins, Sinai Hospital, Bo Secours, Maryland General, St. Agnes and Howard County General. He was named to America's Top Physicians in 2003, the National Who's Who in Executives & Professionals, and the Metropolitan Registry of Who's Who in 2004. (Click here for details.)

The monitoring center is staffed by highly qualified RN’s and Cardiovascular Technologists with extensive experience in emergent and critical care cardiology (both invasive and non-invasive) and in teaching cardiac electrophysiology and pacemaker evaluation.
